garlicky greek yogurt chip dip

This recipe is so easy and so delicious. I highly recommend making your own chip dip since the store bought ones are not only full of calories, but also a lot of nasty ingredients that are super unnatural. Greek yogurt is full of protein and healthy fats, and I mean, who doesn’t love garlic?

This makes a good size portion and will keep in the fridge for at least a few days (although fair warning it does get more garlicky with time).

It’s so delish served with your favorite crudites or chips and also goes great on your morning toast.

Ingredients

2.5 cups greek yogurt

Juice from half a lemon

¼ cup roughly chopped parsley

3 garlic cloves

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon smoked paprika

Freshly ground pepper taste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve with potato chips or crudites of your choice.
